Error with Pro Addon not realizing Theme Creator is installed

I am having an odd error and I was wondering if anyone else was having it and if there is a solution. I have both Orbisius Child Theme Creator and the Pro Addon installed and I have used them, but I am getting an alert message at the top of the screen that is visible by all users that reads.

” Pro Addon: Orbisius Child Theme Creator must be installed and activated. This Pro addon builds on top of the Orbisius Child Theme Creator’s functionality. Proceed to Install ”

Is there anything I can do about this message?

Can you check if the orbisius child theme creator is installed in exactly plugins/orbisius-child-theme-creator?
